There’s no possible way to describe all the situations you may encounter when trying to (or not to ) “maintain” your property. Everything described under “categories” and “pages” covers only the most common issues, and what’s on the pictures might be a result of one or a combination of several conditions. People sometimes call me and ask to explain / find a solution to the problem they’ve encountered, but in many cases, you have to look at something in order to be able to state your opinion. If there’s something bothering you, something that doesn’t look right -

- take a picture of it … or maybe take 2-3 pictures, one from the distance so I have a general view of the area and a couple of close-up images (try to use lowest setting on your digital camera – 640×480 would be perfect for this purpose).

- transfer your images to the computer and upload it to me using the form below

- in “My problem” field describe situation the best way you can, and click “submit”
