how to vent crawl space if top of conc. fnd wall is 4" above grade

Appreciagte any advice, I'm adding a sunroom, need to match floorline of existing house, top of conc. found. wall is 4" above grade, finish flr line is 7" above grade. how is it possible to vent crawl space without digging down and creating an unsightly area well for a wall vent in the foundation wall?

There are a couple of options on the drawing below. However, the air will not necessarily flow the way those arrows are pointing. I’d suggest to go over to this article – crawlspace ventilation - and consider your options.
